Kristie Looney
Kristie is an experienced leader within the not-for-profit, social enterprise and social service sectors working at the forefront of cross-sectoral collaboration to drive positive change.

Louise Daniel
She has extensive experience in the delivery of housing programs focused on improving the lives of vulnerable people.
Louise brings a wealth of knowledge in residential and commercial property management, asset management and planning, housing compliance and regulation and community development.
Senior Manager, Asset Planning and Projects
Caroline Larcher
Caroline leads our capital projects team, supporting Uniting to deliver community services through provision of quality, fit–for–purpose buildings. She is knowledgeable in the design, construction, development, and project management of housing and commercial buildings. Caroline has a strong understanding of regulation, funding and approvals processes, as well as property industry contracts.
Senior Manager, Delivery
Ethan Pan
Ethan has a background in civil engineering and holds a Master’s degree in project management. He is experienced in development feasibility studies, design coordination, cost estimation, Ethan’s background includes land procurement, planning, design coordination, contract administration, and project management. Ethan has been responsible for Design and Construct (D&C) residential, commercial, and fit-out projects ranging in value from $5 million to $200 million.

Head of Commercial Property
Robert Yu
Robert has extensive experience in the property sector. He was a property lawyer for more than 25 years and he has held senior legal positions within Development Victoria overseeing some of the largest urban transformation projects within Victoria. Robert’s ability to look at any transaction from a holistic view was the reason why he was In 2020 he led the divestment of Landcom’s Green Square urban regeneration development. Robert also has extensive experience within the affordable housing sector.

General Manager, Finance and Technology
Justin Flynn
Providing strategic, future-focused support to the Finance and Technology division, Justin is the organisational lead for systems and creativity, long-term strategic planning, development and delivery of key priorities across a team of 80 staff.
Justin’s background spans manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, with more than 20 years’ experience in mid-sized industrial businesses, acquisitions and integrations, building, and leading high- performing teams through change, crisis management, human resources strategies, digital transformation and operations.
