[email protected], who lives at St Andrews Close, Stratford, travelled to the UK for 6 weeks in ArmchairSeptember and October 2023. She was born in the UK and arrived in Richmond, NSW with her parents in 1952, they were Ten Pound Poms, she jokingly states that she arrived for nothing.Travel To break the journey both ways Margaret visited Brunei and enjoyed a few days staying at the Capital Residence Suites, a good-sized hotel Margaret, on the right, Stshe states. Margaret happily walked about at Andrews Close, Stratford,night, taking in the sights and as much as she could during her stay absorbing all that this with her friend Margaret. fascinating country offers to the visitor.Margaret stayed with her son in Woolwich,near Greenwich, who is employed in the UK.She visited her friend Margaret (pictured) onthe Wirral, Cheshire. They met in 1949 at school and have been friends for over 70 years. She spent time in the Lake District, London and then a few days with friends in the City of Gloucester.Margaret returned home to Australia with many memories of her time in the UK, from cozy tea rooms to the breathtaking landscapes.
